In 2025, Red River carried out two projects for St. John Lutheran Church in Okarche, OK. In phase one, stoppered wooden pipes were removed to the shop, cleaned, and the stoppers were releathered before being returned to the church and tuned. Damaged cone-tuned pipes were also removed to the shop, washed, trimmed, and fitted with new stainless steel tuning collars before being returned to the church and tuned. In phase two, RRPOC rebuilt the console and pedalboard, installed a Syndyne 8400 system to drive the combination action and relay, replaced the tilting tablet rail and added a chime tablet, and rewired the console and relay to bring it up to code.
